The founder, Crystal is an Intuitive Life Coach who helps individuals with their spiritual journeys by guiding them through her teachings, potions and other spiritual tools.

Crystal reached out with her wanting to refresh her existing brand and website that feels more aligned and talks more in depth about her current service offerings. She also had a mini store set-up for her products that needed a bit of clean-up .

We first identified all challenges being faced by her and then laid out the top three objectives that included making a one-stop destination for Crystal as a brand & the products & services, a UX focused website to increase traffic & sales and making it more cohesive with respect to branding.
